1. Validity

Indoor Adventure Limited, trading as www.allaboutpartybags.co.uk, reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

2. Pricing, Product Descriptions & Availability

All prices displayed on this web site are inclusive of VAT at 15% and exclusive of packing and delivery. Where images show complete party bags and party bag contents, this is for illustration purposes only. One party bag consists of one set of contents as described in the text.  Many individual items come in an assortment of designs or colours where we select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated in the picture. Where sizes of products are quoted these are only intended as a guide. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All products shown on the website are in stock. The website will not allow you to order anything that is not in stock.

3. Ordering, Payment Options and Contract.

Simply shop online placing the number of items you require into your trolley. Once you are satisfied that you have selected all the items you need, complete the purchase online. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. (Please call us on 01604 595537 if you would like to pay over the telephone or via cheque). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once payment is successfully processed you will receive a second email confirming receipt of payment. This email also serves as official acceptance of your order.

4. Delivery Information

Orders received over the weekend or Bank Holiday will not be processed until the next working day. 

Standard delivery can take up to 5 working days to all mainland UK destinations and is at a fixed cost of £4.95 per order, usually by 2nd class Royal Mail. All About Party Bags has no control over Royal Mail and apart from receiving proof of despatch, tracking and guaranteeing delivery dates is not possible.

Next working day delivery by Interlink before 1500 is at a fixed cost of £7.95 per order if the order is placed by 12 noon.  (We cannot guarantee next working day, but 2 working days instead, if the delivery address is north of Edinburgh - please contact us on 01604 595537 or email us on customerservices@allaboutpartybags.co.uk.for details). Next 2 working days delivery by Interlink before 1500 is at a fixed cost of £6.95 per order if the order is placed by 12 noon.  (We cannot guarantee next 2 working days, but 3 working days instead, if the delivery address is north of Edinburgh - please contact us on 01604 595537 or email us on customerservices@allaboutpartybags.co.uk.for details). If there is no one to accept delivery, information enabling you to receive the delivery should be left by Interlink. If you have not received your Interlink delivery or information about a failed delivery by 1500, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can contact Interlink and track it for you. This tracking service is not available after 1730 and at weekends and Bank Holidays. It is recommended that you allow one day's grace when placing your order, due to unexpected problems such as breakdown and accident which can result in a delayed delivery. Such a situation is rare but is obviously out of the control of Interlink and All About Party Bags. If a more urgent delivery is required please contact us on 01604 595537 or email us on customerservices@allaboutpartybags.co.uk. If delivery is attempted and failed three times by Interlink, they will return the package to All About Party Bags. The cost of this service will be deducted from the refund made to customer's payment card for non-receipt of goods.

We do deliver to off mainland destinations i.e. Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire, Northern Island, Isle of Wight and  Scottish Isles. Select the shipping option, 'Off mainland UK. Expect emailed quote shortly'. We will weigh your order and quote you accordingly using Royal Mail charges.

If you require a delivery to a BFPO address, please call us on 01604 595537 as special arrangements have to be made.

6.Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the entire order for a refund, less packing and delivery costs, within 7 days of receipt. You must email us on customerservice@allaboutpartybags.co.uk or phone us on 01604 595537 before sending items back stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and with the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service because we cannot accept responsibility for parcels being lost by Royal Mail. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Please report any shortage within 48 hours of receipt.

7.Loss or Damage in Transit

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receipt of our order acceptance, please let us know immediately on 01604 595537 or customerservices@allaboutpartybags.co.uk and we will track the shipment. Should it prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible as long as the loss has been reported within 10 days of ordering.  If your shipment arrives damaged please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement shipment and the return of the damaged goods.

8.Safety

Please note that no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing. Lolly pops and other sweets, chosen as an option with our party bags, can be a choke hazard. We can not guarantee that our sweets are nut free.

9. Security

Our site has a 128 bit SSL Certificate. This means that when making purchases from our secure server your payment or personal information is translated into a secret and secure code (encrypted and decrypted).

10.Privacy policy

Any information you provide us so that we can satisfy your order and future orders as efficiently as possible is treated as strictly private. We do not pass on or sell any information to 3rd parties. We are registered as required by the Data Protection Act 1998. We may send out newsletters from time to time or notification of special offers. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time by emailing us at unsubscribe@allaboutpartybags.co.uk from the email address we have registered for you or by writing to us.

We have provided links to other websites that we feel may be of interest to you. However, all the services and products provided by these websites are the responsibility of the companies which operate these websites.

13. Governing law

These terms & conditions and any contract arising between you and Indoor Adventure Limited trading as allaboutpartybags are governed by English Law.
