Indoor Adventure Limited, trading as www.allaboutpartybags.co.uk, reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.
2. Pricing, Product Descriptions & Availability
All prices displayed on this web site are inclusive of VAT at 20% and exclusive of packing and delivery. Where images show complete party bags and party bag contents, this is for illustration purposes only. One filled party bag or wedding busy bag†consists of one set of contents as described in the text. Many individual items come in an assortment of designs or colours where we select one at random and you may not receive the same item as illustrated in the picture. Where sizes of products are quoted these are only intended as a guide. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All products shown on the website are in stock. The website will not allow you to order anything that is not in stock. It is a requirement of Trading Standards that our pre-filled bags display our contact details.† This is done in the form†of a small label stuck onto the bag.†
3. Ordering, Payment Options and Contract.
Simply shop online placing the number of items you require into your trolley. Once you are satisfied that you have selected all the items you need, complete the purchase online. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. (Please call us on 01604 595537 if you would like to pay over the telephone or by BACS. We do not accept cheques). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once payment is successfully processed you will receive a second email confirming receipt of payment. This email also serves as official acceptance of your order.

In the unlikely event your order arrives with shortages, it is essential that you inform us within 48 hours of receipt or we will not be able to rectify the problem. Please contact us on 01604 595537 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return the entire order for a refund, less packing and delivery costs, within 7 days of receipt. You must email us on email@example.com or phone us on 01604 595537 before sending items back stating the order number and the reason you are intending to return the goods. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and with the original packaging. We strongly recommend that you use Royal Mail's recorded delivery service because we cannot accept responsibility for parcels being lost by Royal Mail. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method. Please report any shortage or any other problem within 48 hours of receipt.
7. Loss or Damage in Transit
If you selected Standard Royal Mail delivery we can not track your parcel and, conforming to the DSR, your parcel will not be considered as lost until 30 days after the date of your order. If you selected one of our courier delivery options and your order has not arrived within 7 working days of receipt of our order acceptance, please let us know immediately on 01604 595537 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track the shipment. Should it prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible as long as the loss has been reported within 7 days of ordering. If your shipment arrives damaged please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement shipment and the return of the damaged goods. We strongly advise you do check for damage on receipt of your order as, although we can assure you it leaves us in perfect condition, we are not able to account for its handling during transit.
Please note that no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing. Lolly pops and other sweets, chosen as an option with our party bags, can be a choke hazard. We can not guarantee that our sweets are nut free.

Any information you provide us so that we can satisfy your order and future orders as efficiently as possible is treated as strictly private. We do not pass on or sell any information to 3rd parties. We are registered as required by the Data Protection Act 1998. We may send out newsletters from time to time or notification of special offers. You can unsubscribe from these mailings at any time by emailing us at email@example.com from the email address we have registered for you or by writing to us.

13. Governing Law
These terms & conditions and any contract arising between you and Indoor Adventure Limited trading as allaboutpartybags are governed by English Law.
