All prices displayed on this web site are inclusive of VAT at 20% and exclusive of packing and delivery. Where images show complete party bags and party bag contents, this is for illustration purposes only. One filled party bag or wedding busy bag consists of one set of contents as described in the text. Many individual items come in an assortment of designs or colours where we select one at random and you may not receive the same design or colour illustrated in the picture. In order that a variety of colours and designs may be seen of one product, sometimes more than one item is shown. If the title of the product is in the singular, you will only receive one single item and only multiples if ordered in multiples. Almost everything is sold individually enabling the exact quantity required to be ordered. Where sizes of products are quoted these are only intended as a guide. None of our products are suitable for under 3 year olds unless stated. By using the filtering system and refining a search to 'Baby and Toddler', products for under 3 year olds are easily located. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All products shown on the website are in stock. The website will not allow you to order anything that is not in stock. It is a requirement of Trading Standards that our pre-filled bags display our contact details. This is done in the form of a small label on the bag or a small leaflet inside the bag.
Simply shop online placing the number of items you require into your trolley. Once you are satisfied that you have selected all the items you need, complete the purchase online. We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. (Please call us on 01604 595537 if you would like to pay over the telephone or by BACS. We do not accept cheques). You will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once payment is successfully processed you will receive a second email confirming receipt of payment. This email also serves as official acceptance of your order.

In the unlikely event your order arrives with shortages, it is essential that you inform us within 48 hours of receipt or we will not be able to rectify the problem. Please contact us on 01604 595537 or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org. if we have sent you an incorrect item /s in error, we do require photographic evidence to be emailed before we rectify the mistake.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may cancel your order by returning the ENTIRE ORDER for a refund, less packing and delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt. We cannot refund part orders and we cannot refund sweets and chocolates as they cannot be re-sold for food safety reasons. We cannot refund returned orders that are received after the 14 day deadline. Please email us on email@example.com or phone us on 01604 595537 before returning your order. The goods must be complete and in original condition with labels attached and in the original packaging. Please ensure everything is securely packaged as we cannot refund anything that is returned damaged. The order must be identifiable with your order number which may be found on your accompanying invoice, where our address may also be found. Once received and checked we will issue a refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.
If you selected Standard Royal Mail delivery we can not track your parcel. However, we expect it to arrive within 5 working days and therefore need notification within 5 working days that it has not arrived. Conforming to the DSR, your parcel will then not be considered lost until 30 days after the date of your order. If you selected one of our courier delivery options and your order has not arrived within 3 working days of receipt of our order acceptance, please let us know immediately on 01604 595537 or firstname.lastname@example.org and we will track the shipment. Should it prove to be lost we will reship as soon as possible as long as the loss has been reported within 3 days of ordering. However, if you have asked for your order to be left safe, you are accepting responsibility of potential theft. If your shipment arrives damaged please inform us within 48 hours and we will arrange for a replacement shipment and the return of the damaged goods as soon as you have sent us photographic evidence. We strongly advise you check for damage on receipt of your order as, although we can assure you it leaves us in perfect condition, we are not able to account for its handling during transit.
Please note that no items are suitable for children under 3 years old unless specifically stated. It is your responsibility to check the suitability of these items for the age of the children for whom you are purchasing. Lolly pops and other sweets can be a choke hazard. We can not guarantee that our sweets are nut free.
